Atlanta Hawks 2012 draft pick Mike Scott posted his first double-double of his NBA career, however, it was with Atlanta’s Developmental League affiliate Bakersfield Jam.
Scott dropped 21 points and pulled down 10 rebounds as he helped lift the Jam over the Reno Bighorns 114-109 Monday night, snapping a two-game losing streak. He hit 7-of-9 shots in the contest and was a perfect 7-for-7 from the foul-line in 31 minutes of action. Through four game with Bakersfield, Scott is averaging 13.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game.
Scott and fellow rookie John Jenkins were assigned to Bakersfield earlier this month.
