Georgia Tech alum Anthony Morrow will make his first start of the season tonight as the Atlanta Hawks wrap up their 3-game road trip in Orlando against the Magic.
Hawks head coach Larry Drew will rest DeShawn Stevenson and only play Kyle Korver in a limited fashion, leaving a short list of players who can fill that small forward role on the floor for Atlanta.
Anthony Tolliver was in the running for the start, but one would speculate Morrow gets the nod because of his ability to stretch the floor with his terrific 3-point shooting prowess.
Morrow is averaging 5.6 points and 1.2 rebounds in 12.6 minutes per game this season. Through 15 games he posts a 3P% of .409 and FG% of .471.
