The Atlanta Hawks wrap up their 3-game road trip tonight in Orlando against the Magic at 7:00 PM. The Hawks are 1-1 thus far in the road trip after beating Memphis 93-83 on Sunday (12/8) and falling to the defending NBA Champion Miami Heat 101-92 on Monday (12/10).

The Hawks rank fifth in the NBA in points allowed (94.0) and have allowed only
one team to shoot better than 50% in a game this season –Miami Heat on 12/10. Atlanta is second in the league in forced turnovers per game (17.6), third in steals (9.2), and third in points off turnovers (19.1).

All-star center Al Horford has recorded six straight double-doubles, averaging 18.3 points and 12.2 rebounds per game, while shooting 54.5 % during the streak. His career-long is eight straight double-doubles.

Season/Past Season Series

The Hawks head to Orlando for the first time this year in the second-of-four contests with the Magic. Atlanta recorded an 81-72 home triumph in Game 1, behind 15 points from Al Horford, while Glen Davis scored 11 for the Magic. The Hawks visit Orlando again on 2/13 and host the Magic on 3/30 to close-out the season series. Atlanta owns a seven-game winning streak against the Magic, including three straight in Orlando. The Magic’s last win in the series was a 93-89 home victory on 11/8/10. Orlando leads the all-time series 45-44, including a 30-15 edge at home.
