The Atlanta Hawks hope to get back in the win column tonight as they head up north to visit the short-handed Minnesota Timberwolves at 8:00 PM (ET).
Perennial all-star Kevin Love is out indefinitely for Minnesota after suffering a fractured third metacarpal in his right hand during the third quarter of a game back on Jan. 3 against the Denver Nuggets. Guards Brandon Roy and Chase Budinger will also be out for the T’wolves after both players suffered knee injuries earlier in the season that will have each of them out for the next 2-3 months at least.
The Hawks will be without Anthony Morrow, who is dealing with back stiffness, and likely Devin Harris as well. Harris has missed the past 10 games due to a sore left foot.

Atlanta heads to Minnesota for the only time this year in the first-of-two games between the clubs. The Timberwolves come to Philips Arena on 1/21 to finish the season series. The Hawks currently own an 11-game winning streak against the T’Wolves and have taken five straight in Minnesota. The Timberwolves last win against Atlanta was an 84-83 home triumph on 4/9/06. Atlanta leads the all-time series 28-15, including an 11-10 road record.
Anthony Tolliver played the last two seasons with Minnesota, appearing in 116 contests with the Timberwolves. Tolliver, Brandon Roy and Dante Cunningham were all teammates briefly in Portland (2009-10). Kyle Korver and Lou Williams were teammates of Lou Amundson in Philadelphia.
