After battling through a tough season the Atlanta Hawks will square up against the Indiana Pacers in what is sure to be a defensive battle for the ages.

The Hawks have made the playoffs every year since 2007 and despite battling a multitude of injuries the team’s 44 wins this season are the most since 2009.

This could also be the Hawks last season with Josh Smith, who becomes an unrestricted free agent when the season ends.

The Pacers and Hawks split their season series 2-2, with Indiana winning the two most recent games.

If the Hawks are going to best the tough Pacers, it will need to be on the backs of their two big men- Smith and Al Horford.
