Atlanta Hawks: Top 10 Dunks of the Regular-Season

This has been a very long, hard, and interesting season for the Atlanta Hawks. We knew that coming into this year it would be different and we would have to be patient. Personally, I came into the season with little expectations so it was very fun for me when something incredible would happen. On that note, I’ve compiled the top 10 best dunks of the Atlanta Hawks’ season. Check ‘em out.

10. Yes, this was before the season started and yes we don’t actually have any video on it,  but boy did this go viral when the rumor hit.

9. It counted in my heart.

8. Great play and finish from Al. He beat one man and dunked on the second one.

7. Current Hawk dunking on former Hawk in this play.

6. Al Horford in transition dunks on the Timberwolves. I dub this game Pargo-sanity.

5. Wow, we miss you Lou.

4. Great play and great finish. Ivan is one tough dude considering he finished the play with ease despite the fact he was fouled.

3. Wow Big Al killed Jamison.

2. It’s always great when a small guy dunks on a bigger guy.

1. From 2004-2009, Josh Smith in my opinion was the best dunker in the NBA. Josh may have lost some of his lift but he can still throw it down. Not only did he grab the rebound and go coast to coast, but if you look at it he was hit in the face by the much taller Brook Lopez who couldn’t stop him.

So there we have it, my top 10 dunks of the year. I’m sad to see this unique Atlanta Hawks season come to an end but I will always have these dunks to remind me of the transition year which our Hawks and the fans went through.

Let me know what you guys think and if there are any dunks that I missed from this season.
