Undrafted rookie Adonis Thomas has been added as a non-roster training camp invite of the Atlanta Hawks, reports Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
As expected, Adonis Thomas will be non-roster training camp invite of Hawks. Brings total to 20 players when camp starts Monday. #ATLHawks

Thomas was part of the Hawks’ Las Vegas Summer League team, playing in three games and averaging 1.3 points and 9.7 minutes per contest. The 6’7″ G/F also took part in workouts at the Hawks practice facility earlier in the summer.
Thomas left the University of Memphis after his sophomore season but went undrafted in June’s 2013 draft. He averaged 11.7 points and 4.5 rebounds his sophomore season.
As Vivlamore points out, the addition of Thomas will push the Hawks’ training camp roster to 20 players, making Atlanta the first team to reach the offseason limit. However, only 12 of those players have fully guaranteed contracts. Second-year forward Mike Scott has a $100K guarantee. Backup point guard Shelvin Mack and the six training camp invites Eric Dawson, David Lighty, Royal Ivey Damien Wilkins, James Johnson and now Thomas, all have non-guaranteed deals.
Training camp begins Tuesday, Oct. 1, the day after Hawks media day on Sept. 30. Atlanta’s first preseason game is Oct. 7 against the Heat in Miami.
