Atlanta Hawks Players Show Support for Paul Millsap on All-Star Selection

Atlanta Hawks power forward Paul Millsap was recently named to All-Star roster for the East squad after coaches from around the league selected reserves for each conference.

This is Millsap’s first All-Star appearance in his eight-year career, something he never accomplished in his first seven seasons in Utah.

As a Josh Smith fan, this personally hurts me to say… what Millsap did in half a season with the Hawks, Josh Smith couldn’t do it in nine years while in Atlanta: make an All-Star team.

Millsap was brought in to replace Smith, who signed a four-year deal with Detroit in the summer.

Nevertheless, the current Hawks players took to Twitter to express their support for their new All-Star teammate:
