Atlanta’s second-year forward Mike Scott will get the start tonight in place of the injured Kyle Korver in the Hawks’ road game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

This is the fourth straight game Korver will be sidelined, as he’s still dealing with back spasms. He didn’t make the trip with the team to Minnesota.

Backup point guard Shelvin Mack has been filling in at shooting guard the past three games in Korver’s absence, but coach Mike Budenholzer will shake things up tonight and slide defensive specialist DeMarre Carroll down to SG and give Scott the start at the wing.

The Hawks have lost their past three straight games.

Hopefully this tweak to the starting lineup will be just what Atlanta needs to snap their skid and get a much-needed win.
