The Hawks protected home court in Game 3 on Thursday, winning in Atlanta against the top-seeded Indiana Pacers 98-85 to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Jeff Teague made an amazing off-balance deep 3-pointer as the shot clock was expiring with just under three minutes left in the fourth quarter to put the Hawks up by nine points, and ultimately served as the cushion the team needed to get the win.

All-Star power forward Paul Millsap also added a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Kyle Korver (20) and DeMarre Carroll (18) were also key pieces to the Hawks’ victory, as the pair combined for 38 points.
