The Chicago Bulls were looking to jump up a little in the Eastern Conference before the season ended. The Hawks just wanted to stay healthy before they look to make a deep run.

I guess both got what they wanted as the Bulls bested Atlanta 91-85 on the last night of regular season basketball. Atlanta blew a sizeable lead in the third quarter but got great production out of their starters before a mandatory benching in the fourth. Having already locked up the overall top seed weeks ago, the Hawks look to halt this small hiccup this weekend when the games matter more.

It has now been confirmed that the Hawks will be facing the Brooklyn Nets in the first round. Game 1 has been slated for Sunday with a 5:30 pm/ET tip off on TNT.

But before we look ahead to our round one opponent, let’s delve into the last game of the great season that was. Here are the post game grades and reactions.
