With NBA 2K17 releasing soon, Nile Goodwyn takes a look on how the Atlanta Hawks will look, and be rated, on September 20th.

Since its’ debut in 1999, the NBA 2K series has been a staple in the sports gaming community. Now, in 2016, 2K is preparing to release the 18th edition of the ground-breaking game, with NBA 2K17 coming within the next month. While the community anxiously waits to get their hands on the game, there are a number of questions to be answered.

How will the game improve?

Will there be more legends teams added (like the 2009-10 Hawks)?

Could this be the greatest sports game ever?

All the community has is time to speculate in preparation for the game, and as an avid player of the 2K series since NBA 2K10, I feel highly qualified to dissect the likley ratings for my beloved Atlanta Hawks.
