Report: Atlanta Hawks To Sign Ryan Kelly and Lamar Patterson

Rather than waiting out buyout season to find another point guard, the Atlanta Hawks have signed Ryan Kelly and Lamar Patterson to end of season contracts. Kelly and Patterson have both spent time with Atlanta this season. They will likely not factor into the rotation.
