Welcome to Atlanta Hawks Headlines. Today we wonder if the bottom is falling out for the Hawks. Or, can they turn things around before the playoffs?

Hello, friends. That was supposed to be read as if Jim Nantz were saying it. I guess March is making me crazy. Atlanta Hawks Headlines is back to look at all things Atlanta Hawks. Things haven’t been so peachy of late. The Hawks just can’t seem to win.

Monday night’s loss to the Charlotte Hornets was their fourth in a row. With Paul Millsap and Kent Bazemore out of the lineup, it’s likely that the losing streak will continue to grow. Today’s batch of articles features a trip back in the Soaring Down South time machine.

We preview Atlanta’s game against the Washington Wizards and provide the matchup to watch in that contest. We also take a look at some of the best NCAA Tournament performances from players on the Hawks current roster.

Our preview for Hawks/Wizards focuses on Washington’s turnaround this season. After starting 6-12, they have managed to turn themselves into one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference. John Wall‘s play and Bradley Beal‘s health are large reasons for their success. Scott Brooks has done a tremendous job in his first season at the helm in Washington. Were the Hawks able to knock off the Wizards? Or did the absence of Paul Millsap lead to their fifth loss in as many games?
