It’s game day here at Atlanta Hawks Headlines. Tonight the Atlanta Hawks face the Washington Wizards in Game 3 of their first round playoff series.

Atlanta Hawks Headlines is back as the Atlanta Hawks get set to face the Washington Wizards in a must-win Game 3 of their first round playoff series. It’s not an elimination game, but this is about as important as a non-elimination game gets.

The Hawks are down 2-0 in the series and can’t afford to go down 3-0. A 3-0 series deficit would essentially end their season. There’s no coming back from that. Until the game begins, speculation remains about what adjustments Atlanta will make for Game 3.

Will Thabo Sefolosha finally see more minutes? Will Dwight Howard be relegated to the bench in favor of small-ball lineups with more offensive firepower? Do the Hawks have anyone that can keep John Wall and Bradley Beal from exploding for 30 points or more?

We’ll have those answers soon enough. Let’s see what today’s links have to offer.

Atlanta Hawks: Tim Hardaway Jr. is the Key to the Comeback

Collin Huguley writes that Tim Hardaway Jr. is the key to Atlanta’s comeback in their series against the Wizards. Hardaway has struggled to score efficiently through the first two games and he remains Atlanta’s most dynamic scorer on the perimeter. If Hardaway gets hot in Game 3, the Hawks could steal a game and get back into this series.
