Welcome to Soaring Down South, an Atlanta Hawks blog and news site and a proud member of the FanSided basketball network. Soaring Down South caters to Hawks fans/enthusiasts by bringing top-notch Atlanta Hawks news, opinions, videos, and everything else a Hawks fan possibly want from a Hawks blog.

Our goal here in SDS is to be a website where Hawks fans would want to go to every single day to read up on the latest news, rumors, or latest debates concerning the team. We also want this to be a community where Hawks fans can come and let their voice be heard, so please, don’t hesitate to comment on any blog entry. We appreciate every opinion here, whether it be about the Hawks or suggestions about the website and how things are ran here.

We’ve Gone Mobile!

Soaring Down South is now an application! It’s currently only available in Android phones (sorry iPhone users!), so download it now. All you have to do is just click the Soaring Down South logo below and it will take you to the site where you can download it. You can also just go the “Market” app in your Android Phone and search for “Soaring Down South“. The app will notify you whenever a new blog entry is posted, and you will be able to read it straight from your phone. Nifty, right?!
