12. Shelvin Mack, PG
Mack begins this season as the third PG on the Hawks depth chart. He will have a good shot at playing some quality minutes, however. Should rookie Dennis Schroder struggle and starter Jeff Teague need rest, Coach Budenholzer would likely look in Mack’s direction.
Mack is player that, if he only has to play a few minutes, will not hurt the team. He is solid. He was able to beat out NBA veteran, and former Hawk, Royal Ivey for the 3rd PG spot in training camp.
