The injury-riddled month of February is now behind the Atlanta Hawks as they move forward toward the end of the season.

In the midst of all the injury updates last month, All-Star center Al Horford began rehab for the torn right pectoral injury that he suffered in late December.

It’s been almost three weeks since Horford issued his first update on his recovery, and now Big Al sends out a second update on his rehab process with a video via his Instagram account:

Horford still has a ways to go to get back to full strength, but the video shows some positive signs that the rehab is going well.

The Hawks are entering the final stretch of the season and are currently clinging onto the final playoff spot in the East with a 3-game lead over 9th place New York. With Pero Antic and Paul Millsap healthy and back in the lineup, Atlanta can breathe a bit easier going forward.

Still, the absence of Al Horford has proved to be difficult for the Hawks to weather through and it will be a welcoming return for him when next season begins.
