What if the offer doesn’t get matched?

Well, if the Phoenix Suns decided to change their stance on Eric Bledsoe and allow the young point guard to leave, another NBA team could be stuck playing Bledsoe the max.

Eric Bledose has career averages of 8.7 points per game and 3.4 assists per game and while he could definitely be worth the max down the stretch, he just has not done quite enough to deserve that kind of money.

We have seen far too often max contracts blowing up in team’s faces (Atlanta Hawks fans should remember Joe Johnson) for money like that to just be thrown around.
