Welcome to Opposition Intel!

A regular column where we’ll look ahead to Atlanta Hawks games by chatting with writers from opposing teams.

After resting all five starters and losing to the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday, the Hawks will be looking to get back on track tonight to avoid any drop off in momentum running into the Playoffs.

That’ll be no easy task though, as they match up against the Milwaukee Bucks at Philips Arena, with the season series currently 2-1 in Atlanta’s favor, and the Bucks still looking to lock down their post-season status.

The one defeat did come in Philips Arena back in December though, and it was a heavy one too, with Milwaukee crushing the Hawks by 30 points.

If that’s not enough to make this a game for them to pay extra attention to I don’t know what is.

Ahead of the action, we spoke to Milwaukee Bucks writer Ti Windisch about their season so far, his thoughts on the Bucks, and the game’s key matchups.

Ti writes about the Bucks as a staff writer over at FanSided’s Milwaukee Bucks site Behind The Buck Pass, as well as covering the Detroit Pistons for HoopsHabit. You can follow him on Twitter at: @TiWindisch.

Let’s take a look at what he had to say.
