Atlanta Hawks Grades: Starters

Jeff Teague, B-

9 Points | 4-7 FG | 0-0 FT | 1 REB | 4 AST | 1 STL | 0 BLK |

Another pretty quiet game for the Hawks’ primary floor general, but at the very least he was effective and efficient during his time on the court without really overexerting himself in any way. Nice spread of points and assists.

Kyle Korver, B

11 Points| 4-7 FG | 0-1 FT | 3 REB | 2 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

Kyle had eleven points for the second night in a row, it’s just that on this occasion that they didn’t come in a 65 second spurt. Instead, Korver was more consistent throughout his time on the court, going 3-4 from deep, but shockingly missing a free-throw attempt.

DeMarre Carroll, B

10 Points | 5-7  FG | 0-1 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

The Junkyard Dog is still red-hot. He may not have taken any three-pointers tonight, but 5-7 from the field remains an extremely efficient return. Between him and Sefolosha, the Hawks are really getting some outstanding contributions on the wings at the moment.

Paul Millsap, C-

4 Points | 1-7 FG | 2-3 FT | 4 REB | 4 AST | 2 STL | 0 BLK |

This was a really poor shooting night, but we won’t worry about it too much as they only seem to come around once a month. Otherwise, Paul was his usual self, stuffing the stat sheet with rebounds, assists and steals. The epitome of the modern day do-it-all forward.

Al Horford, B+

16 Points | 8-10 FG | 0-0 FT | 5 REB | 2 AST | 0 STL | 2 BLK |

He made the same number of field goal attempts as he did the night before, this time he attempted eight less though. Big Al has found his range at just the right time of the season, and with him stepping back and spreading the floor, there isn’t a center in the East who’d relish a post-season matchup with the Hawks.
