Atlanta Hawks Grades: The Bench

Dennis Schröder, C

10 Points| 4-9 FG | 2-2 FT | 0 REB | 3 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

Not bashful in the sense to create his own shot and made some good drives. However, in the short time out there he had accumulated four turnovers and the offense ran a little stagnant. Control some of the wildness in his game and see a vast improvement later on in the series.

Kent Bazemore, C

2 Points| 1-2 FG | 0-0 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 2 BLK |

Defensively made up for his minimal offensive output. Couple of key blocks on drives shifting to help side were a plus. Bud turned to him to guard the ball in the closing seconds of the fourth in a tie game and it gave us an opportunity to win the other way.

Mike Scott, C+

8 Points| 3-6 FG | 1-1 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

Few flashes of brilliance offensively and found a pulse on his stroke that had been alluding his game in the playoffs. Still think the defensive game needs to be improved upon but nice to see some more scoring from the bench other than Dennis every night.

Pero Antic, C

6 Points| 2-4 FG | 0-0 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 1 BLK |

One long developing three inexplicably rattled in cutting the fourth quarter deficit to one; timely because the Nets were riding the D-Will momentum. Clearly looked unmatched one-on-one vs. Lopez but a lot was asked filling in for Horford, who sat with foul trouble.
