Coming into game three, the Hawks looked to make several offensive adjustments. They found success in several areas, except one. Turnovers once again plagued the Hawks offense who committed 16 in total. What really hurt them was the points the Nets scored off of those turnovers.

Brooklyn capitalized on Atlanta’s mistakes by converting on several miscues. The Nets ended up with 26 points that were scored directly from turnovers committed by the Hawks. Atlanta ended up losing the game by five points. It should be very obvious that if you take away even half of these mistakes, Atlanta wins this game.
