Who do you see as the key man for Atlanta if they’re to prevail against Washington

AMcG: The Wizards bench is particularly underwhelming, but even if they try to limit their minutes, it will present a great chance for Dennis Schröder to show his skills. He needs to improve in this series.

VM: Kyle Korver didn’t have a good shooting series against the Nets but I think what he does rebounding the ball and forcing Beal or Pierce to be in constant motion will be beneficial for Atlanta. I expect a big bounce back series.

JA: The play of Jeff Teague. This will be a battle of point guards. How well they play in crunch time will determine the winner.

MMcE: DeMarre Carroll. Carroll has been shouldering the majority of the offensive load so far, and will be in charge of locking down Paul Pierce. If Carroll is playing well on both ends, the Hawks should be able to dismantle Washington.

MK: In round 2 Atlanta will need supreme play out of the point guard position from Jeff Teague. John Wall is the dude for the Washington Wizards. Teague will be required to be strong on both sides of the ball, especially in this series. In game six against the Nets, Atlanta’s star point guard registered 13 of the Hawks 34 total team assists. The positive impact created by precision ball rotation regardless of makes the final pass, is almost always generated the back court. Teague is going head to head with one of the most hungry, young, and talented point guards in the league today.
