The Good

  • Oh how I wish I could have witnessed a stolen game 4 but alas it wasn’t to be. Instead, as the emotions came swimming out, the biggest positive to take was the enormity and plethora of accomplishments we’ve achieved this season, despite being slammed in a PR nightmare and being labeled in preseason as not even coming close to where we ended up.
  • How about a quick reminder of how well we did: 60 win season, franchise record. 19 straight games won, including the very first 17-0 month in league history. There were four All-Stars and a head coach there as well. A Pac that came Back and a fan base rejuvenated (practically sold out every game in 2015). A team immortalized with a division title banner hanging in the rafters while a living legend finally got his coronation. We went further than any Atlanta Hawks team ever did and now look forward to an offseason of growth and hunger to get back to where we stood. We’ve got a lot to be proud of Atlanta!
