Paul Millsap

This can’t come as a surprise. Paul Millsap will be Atlanta’s Defensive Player of the Year for sure. When the Hawks’ offense faultered last year and the defense carried the team, Millsap was vital as the team’s strongest defender. He is one of a few players in the entire league who can put up nearly two blocks and steals per game, and finished fifth in the defensive voting last year while making the All-Defensive Second Team. Millsap was our DPOY last year and will be this year.
