What did your favorite former Hawk do last night?  Look no further than Ex-Hawk Watch, where all your stat-watching needs are fulfilled.

On any given night, there will be a number of players, formerly of the Atlanta Hawks, that now play for other teams. Keeping up with all of the familiar faces can be a hassle; until now. With December starting up, the league, and all of its’ former Hawk greats, will likley begin to heat up, as the weather gets colder. On December 1st, 2016, seven of the thirteen active former Hawks played. Let’s jump right into the Ex-Hawk Watch:

Did Not Play:

Demarre Carroll (TOR plays LAL 12/2/16)

Al Horford (BOS plays SAC 12/2/16)

John Jenkins (PHO plays GSW 12/3/16)

Jeff Teague (IND plays LAC 12/4/16)

Marvin Williams (CHA; DNP- left knee bone bruise)

Lou Williams (LAL plays TOR 12/2/16)

Ex-Hawk Watch: December 1st, 2016

Jamal Crawford

12 points, 0 rebounds, 2 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks in 21 minutes in a 113-94 win @ Cleveland

Crawford helped the Clippers end their losing streak, and blow out the defending champs.

Boris Diaw

0 points, 1 rebound, 0 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks in 14 minutes in a 111-110 loss vs Heat

If Diaw could have made one of his four shot attempts, the Jazz would have won the game. Blame Boris Diaw.

Devin Harris

Mack played what may have been his best game of the season yet. His impact on the game was wide and versatile.

Jason Terry

Terry’s minutes all came in garbage time, and even then, they are not impressive at all.

Zaza Pachulia

2 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 0 steals, 1 block in 8 minutes in a 132-127 loss vs Rockets

Pachulia’s talents were useless in a high-paced team like the Rockets. But, when Stephen Curry fouled out of the game, there was no reason not to put Georgian Wilt Chamberlain into the game.

When Joe Johnson is elected into the Hall of Fame 5 years after his retirement, how will we remember him? As a Jazz… player? How would you describe a player for the Utah Jazz? A Jazateer? A Musician? A Band Member? That may be one of life’s true questions.
