Odds And Ends

There have been other storylines for the Hawks this season. The ones listed above have just been the most interesting. DeAndre’ Bembry and Taurean Prince have shown nice things in limited minutes during their rookie seasons. Their continued development will be something to watch in seasons to come.

Malcolm Delaney has been solid during the second half of the season as an older rookie. Kent Bazemore has bounced back from his rough start to the season. He’s beginning to live up to the contract he signed during the off-season. Then there’s the news that the Hawks plan to be buyers at the trade deadline (more on that this week).

It’s been a fun season. It’s been a frustrating season. It’s not even close to over. The Hawks will most likely be a playoff team come April. They have shown that they are capable of beating anyone and capable of losing to anyone.
