Sixth Man of the Year

Huguley’s pick: Eric GordonThe talent has always been there for Gordon and it showed in the Rockets’ offensive system. Gordon gets the edge over teammate Lou Williams because of consistently producing as a vital piece on a contending team for the entire season.

Snyder’s pick: Eric Gordon. Gordon has experienced a rebirth in Houston. He’s finally healthy and proving what a valuable scorer he is off the bench.

Bende’s pick: Eric Gordon. The dude has revived his career and has been a key cog in the D’Antoni offensive machine averaging 16.2ppg off bench

O’Donnell’s pick: Lou Williams. A Rockets player is probably going to take this one home. Give me Williams. He’s averaging 17.5 points per game on the year after playing over half of his season on the Los Angeles Lakers. He is an insanely streaky shooter (not unlike Jamal Crawford who took this award home last year) that has found a perfect niche in three-point land in Houston.

Robertson’s pick: Lou Williams. The former Hawk and South Gwinnett product had himself a year. Averaging over 17 points per game with a 22.2 PER, this is a no-brainer. He proved his consistency as he played for a bad and rebuilding Lakers for the first half of the season and finished the year on the contending Houston Rockets. While his production slightly dipped because of shooters like Harden and Gordon, his effectiveness was still clear.
