The foundation of the Atlanta Hawks has been in part set due to the past decade of the NBA Draft.

The 2017 NBA Draft is approaching quickly, and today we take a look back at the how the Atlanta Hawks have done in the draft since the turn of this decade. As the Hawks have been a consistent playoff team they have had to search for those diamond in the rough type players outside of the lottery. Some of the Hawks draft picks have turned out to be gems whereas some were simply duds.
