Atlanta would be relying heavily on the improvements of Schroder, Hardaway Jr., and Prince to iron out their offensive issues.

It’s assumed that all three will develop into better scorers and three-point shooters this offseason. Schroder and Hardaway Jr. made major strides in their games in 2017, but clearly has areas that still need improvement.

Cutting down on turnovers, and finding different ways to drive to the hole should be two of Schroder’s biggest objectives during the offseason. Atlanta could use more patience and fewer errant threes from Hardaway Jr.

Many of Hardaway Jr.’s decisions were costly to the Hawks during their first round series with the Washington Wizards.

An offensive strategy to try will be to get the ball to Green in the post, and ask him to make a decision. Schroder, Hardaway Jr., and Prince are willing to move without the ball in their hands, make the correct pass, and shoot big shots.
