Atlanta Hawks “NBA 2K18” All Time Team released

The Atlanta Hawks All Time Team for the video game NBA 2K18 has been released.

It was announced recently that this year’s installment of the “NBA 2K” series would include All Time Teams for all 30 teams. Each team will consist of 15 of each franchise’s greatest players in their respective history. The Atlanta Hawks received an All Time team with some solid ratings.

The starters for the Atlanta Hawks should surprise no one. At point guard we have “Sweet Lou” Hudson with an overall rating of 91. Hudson starred in Atlanta in the early 1970’s and posts a career 20.2 career points per game average.

Next to Lou we have none other than “Iso Joe” Johnson who comes in with a rating of 89. Joe Johnson is widely considered to be the best Atlanta Hawk of the 21st century, and averaged 21 points per game in seven seasons as an Atlanta Hawk.

Of course we have the legendary Dominique Wilkins, the undoubted greatest Atlanta Hawks player of all time. Wilkins has a rating of 94 overall, which surprisingly is second on the team. He is behind Bob Pettit who has a 95 overall rating. Pettit was arguably the best player of the 1960’s and brought the Hawks their lone championship.

At center comes the mighty Dikembe Mutombo, with an overall rating of 92. Having his number 55 retired by the Atlanta Hawks earlier this year, Mutombo continues to have his legacy as a Hawk cemented.

The four All Stars of the Atlanta Hawks historic 60-win team in 2015 are all a apart of the Hawks bench in the All-Time Team: Paul Millsap, Jeff Teague, Al Horford, and Kyle Korver. Steve Smith, Kevin Willis, Pete Maravich, Doc Rivers, Stacey Augmon, and Spud Webb fill out the Hawks roster in the game.
