John Collins – Wake Forest

The electrifying rookie John Collins technically never made the Tourney, but he was a part of the ever-entertaining play-in game last year, which was his final season for the Demon Deacons.

In a game to determine the rights for the 11 seed in the South Region, Kansas State prevailed against Wake Forest.

Collins acquitted himself well in that game and was the best player on the court. JC was the game’s leading scorer with 26 points on 9-13 shooting and added a game-high 9 rebounds.
