Atlanta Hawks 2017-18 Statistical Leaders

Dewayne Dedmon led the Hawks in rebounds per game with 7.9, but he did play 12 less games than John Collins (62 to 74), so those numbers might be slightly skewed. Dedmon is definitely a tenacious rebounder, and he had a breakout season that will probably lead to him getting a nice paycheck from a playoff team in the offseason.
Because of that disparity in games played, John Collins led the Hawks in total rebounds (541 to Dedmon’s 489) mostly on the back of his excellent offensive rebounding numbers (2.4 OREBS per game, 176 total). Hopefully those numbers will get him recognized as an All-Rookie First Team member, but we shall see.
