With the Atlanta Hawks having 4 picks in the upcoming draft, the team is in a great position to take a huge step forward in the rebuild that was started last offseason.

With 3 first round picks the Hawks look to build upon what they did in the first round the past 2 years when they drafted Taurean Prince and John Collins who both look like they have the potential to become All-Stars in the future.

Hawks fans should be very optimistic about the team’s chances to significantly improve when the draft comes around. While everyone is focused on the number 3 pick that the Hawks were awarded in the NBA Lottery last month, they shouldn’t be so quick to forget about the potential of the number 19 pick. After all, thats the same spot where John Collins was drafted last year, and if you’re a Hawks fan you know how well that worked out. While the 19th pick in the draft is not as flashy and exciting, there is the potential for selecting a rising star that was being slept on.

Luckily for the Hawks, they may have picked a good year to start a rebuild with what looks to be a very deep draft class that is filled with potential. We will take a look at two possible big men that could fall to them at 19 if they are lucky; Robert Williams (A&M) and Kevin Knox (Kentucky).
