With only a few days to go before the Atlanta Hawks begin the 2018-19 regular season, let’s take a look at a recent story by Bleacher Report that ranks the Top 100 players in the NBA.

The Atlanta Hawks are not expected to perform particularly well as a team in 2018-19, even though they will be far more entertaining to watch than they were last year. While the team will likely not be particularly successful on the court next year, there should be multiple individual players that shine going into the 2018-19 season.

Many of these players on the Hawks have been highlighted in sports website and news aggregator Bleacher Report’s ranking of the Top 100 players in the NBA. Written by the site’s Dan Favale and Adam Fromal, the usual suspects can be found up top on the list, which has LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Giannis Antetokounmpo as the Top 5 on the list.

However, 3 Atlanta Hawks players managed to make the list and another 2 were given in a lengthy list of honorable mentions. Let’s outline each Hawks player mentioned, as well as whether or not that placement is merited.
