Everything Vince Carter Does Will Be Golden
Finally, our final expectation is that Vince Carter is a national treasure and must be protected and lauded at all times.
The Atlanta Hawks rarely have players on their roster that can be regarded as NBA institutions. Though Al Horford, Paul Millsap and Kyle Korver were great, those players seem more like niche NBA characters than someone like Dominique Wilkins was.
Vince Carter is that global, extremely beloved NBA character that is just a joy to watch.
Our final expectation is that everything VC does will be an absolute joy to watch in 2018-19. He drilled a three of the dribble in the preseason, and one couldn’t help but involuntarily smile since he’s just so likable and he’s been in the league for so long. May you live forever, Vince.
