After much speculation, it seems that new Atlanta Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce has made his decision about the team’s starting point guard.

The Atlanta Hawks and new head coach Lloyd Pierce have announced the team’s starting lineup for the first game of the regular season, and there are multiple interesting wrinkles that must be addressed.

The lineup was first reported by the ATL and 29 podcast, run by KL Chouinard of NBA.com.

As you can see, there are multiple interesting starters on this list:

The least surprising members of this squad are Taurean Prince and Kent Bazemore at the three and two, respectively. As the two best players on the Atlanta Hawks roster (according to us and Bleacher Report), anything other than those two at their respective positions would’ve been very odd.
