Atlanta Hawks rookie Trae Young was on one last night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Relive his magical night with some spicy hot takes about Trae’s play.

The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers with relative ease last night on the back mostly of a sterling performance from rookie Trae Young, who has been in the crosshairs of pundits and doubters since he was drafted #5 overall – at the expense of Luka Doncic.

While Doncic has certainly shown flashes, he has not put forth as dazzling a performance as Trae Young just produced against the Cavs.

Perhaps Doncic’s floor might be higher, but Young has seemingly already raised his floor considerably since his 35-11-6 threes stat line was created in only his third career game in the NBA.
