Six takeaways for the Atlanta Hawks after they toughed out a gutsy road win against the New York Knicks.

The Atlanta Hawks came into last night’s tilt against the New York Knicks as one of the worst road teams in the NBA. When they left Madison Square Garden, that still might’ve been the case, but they actually picked up another road win!

After giving up yet another massive first quarter surge to the opposing team, the Atlanta Hawks clamped down and actually played some solid defense – even Trae Young – and managed to hold the Knicks to “only” 107 points.

Let’s delve into a few takeaways from this excellent win against the similarly tanking New York Knicks.
