Speaking of the Big Huert, the red-whiskered rookie was inserted back into the starting lineup after missing last night’s game and had himself a solid, if not quiet, outing.

My biggest takeaway from Kev-Kev’s game? I love to see him hunting his shot more, which he did tonight, attempting 15 field goals on the way to 14 points and 10 rebounds in a team-high 36 minutes played. More aggressive offense from him bodes well for development.

Following up a 19-5-5 night against the Raptors, Trae Young continued his sizzling momentum through the opening frame of tonight’s matchup, recording 9 points in the first quarter.

As he has all season, the rook showcased veteran vision in the facilitating game and also got several tough running-shots to fall as well. Paired with that on-again, off-again three-point stroke, those two skills make Trae one of the most exciting young players in the league.

Trae-T-L finished with 17 points and 7 assists.

My star senses are tingling.
