#14. Boston Celtics (via Sacramento Kings) – Romeo Langford

Romeo Langford came into the college season as one of the most celebrated high school players in Indiana basketball history – which is saying considering the legends that have come out of that state.

Hoosiers love their hoops, and Langford came in with a ton of hype this season, which he, for the most part, did not live up to. Playing for his hometown Indiana NCAA team, Langford largely underwhelmed, though he did pile up big numbers for the Hoosiers.

Despite 16.5 points per game, 5.4 rebounds per game, 2.3 assists per game and 0.8 blocks and steals per game, Langford and Indiana finished 9th in the Big 10 conference with an 8-12 conference record.

With a middling overall record of 19-16, the Hoosiers were left out of the Big Dance and were instead shunted to the NIT, where they lost as a 1-seed to the Wichita State Shockers. Despite that, Langford showcased a lot of potential in his college season with impressive shot creation and the ability to finish around the rim fairly easily.

With the Celtics slated to have 4 first round picks, Langford could be a high-upside play near the end of the lottery who could also be used as trade bait should the need arise.
