#7. Chicago Bulls — Darius Garland

Darius Garland seems to be the more highly valued prospect around the league, and, as such, he has been mocked as high as #4 overall in recent mock drafts.

However, any team willing to take chance on him must take very little collegiate tape into account due to the fact that he suffered a season-ending injury not long after starting his college career at Vanderbilt.

Still though, there is no discounting his excellent shooting ability – which is always a skill that can have a place in the NBA. Garland has remarkable balance and is able to get his jumper off on a variety of different shot styles.

Of course, his pull-up jumper is his claim to fame, as his fluid stroke showcases the natural touch of a born scorer at the guard spot.

Though a rather poor defender, the Bulls will have their interior trio of Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr. and Otto Porter to do much of the heavy lifting on that end. With a backcourt of Garland and Zach LaVine, the Bulls might have one of the most interesting collections of young talent in the entire NBA after the 2019 NBA Draft.
