Looking at the NCAA Conference Tournaments through the lens of an Atlanta Hawks’ scout.

Along with every other team, the Atlanta Hawks’ scouting squad is about to have itds busiest few weeks. March Madness is just around the corner, a proving ground for the nation’s brightest stars. Except when it isn’t.

This year is a bit of an exception to that rule, with a lot of expected top draft picks not playing in the tourney due to their team’s not making it, or simply from being International prospects.

The former is what we’ll be looking at here, as we’ll focus on four players who will likely be Lottery picks this Summer, whose collegiate careers are likely ending this week.

Conference Tourneys are often more dramatic and fun than the official March Madness Tournament, and if any of the listed players are able to lead their team to a few straight wins, will get to play in College a bit longer.

Below are four of the best players to watch for throughout this week of Conference Tourneys, who (likely) won’t be in the NCAA Tournament.
