Pick Analysis. SG, Texas Tech. 22. Scouting Report. Jahmi'us Ramsey. player. 93. Philadelphia 76ers

The Sixers, who were underwhelming this season, could have a lot of change upcoming this summer. I would guess that this pick is used as trade bait, but if they keep it they can grab Ramsey who should be able to play right away at the next level.

Ramsey projects to be a solid catch-and-shoot weapon and had made strides as a passer as the season went on. He recorded four or more assists in five of his last six collegiate games, and the Sixers could have more to unlock there.

The so-so defense will keep him from going much earlier than this, and he probably will never be a top-tier defender at the next level, but won’t be awful either. He has the size and athleticism to at least stay in front of his opponent.

The Sixers already have a very deep roster, and Ramsey can only help their bench.
