Pick Analysis. PF, Florida State. 26. 18. Scouting Report. Boston Celtics. Patrick Williams. player

Williams slides a bit in this mock draft, and I even considered giving the Celtics Williams with their last pick of 17. Williams that second group of big men that includes Isaiah Stewart, Precious Achiuwa and Paul Reed, and falls to the end of that group here.

The ACC Sixth Man of the Year won’t turn 19 until August, one of the youngest in the class. He has the potential to grow past his current 6’8 frame. He’s currently a bit undersized which was shown when he averaged just 4.0 rebounds in 22.5 minutes per game.

He does have a nice touch from both inside and on the perimeter, and will only improve his floor-spacing three which he drained 32 percent of last year. He averaged 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per game as well and keeps himself busy on that end of the court.

His athleticism is explosive but raw and if the C’s (or whoever drafts him) are able to hone that in, he could be a dynamic two-way player.
