Orlando Magic. 15. player. 38. Prospect Profile. Pick Analysis. SG, Arizona. Josh Green

Evan Fournier could very well opt-out of the final year of his deal, giving the Magic a hole that Green can help fill. With Jonathan Issac, Markelle Fultz, and Aaron Gordon, the Magic already had one of the league’s top defenses under head coach Steve Clifford, and Green would only improve that.

The Arizona freshman is a great defender, using quick hands and feet to average 1.5 steals per game. Off ball, he’s a pest, rotating, and intercepting passes like a seasoned vet.

Offensively, he’s more of a slasher/cutter than a shooter, although he did get hot from deep on occasion at Arizona. He’s smart without the ball in his hands and can sky to be a lob target, although he’d probably have to fight for those looks with Aaron Gordon.

Although he does had pro-ready qualities, think of Green as a nice project pick for Clifford and the Magic.
