Ramsey may not be the star playmaker the Knicks need but he can certainly be a building block of the team going into this next decade. In terms of spot-up three-point snipers, he’s among the best in the class, shooting 43 percent from deep as a freshman.

He has legit two-way potential although he’s much rawer defensively than he is on offense. He the size and tools to be a solid perimeter defender and a good coach will unlock that to make him a solid 3-and-D guard.

His scoring from everywhere inside the three-point line is questionable; Ramsey isn’t going to make his own looks either. His elite catch-and-shoot potential will be enough for him to get drafted int he first round but it’s hard to call him a true offensive threat unless he adds a mid-range and/or an inside game.
