Measurables:

Position: Point guard

Height: 6’3

Weight: 190

Wingspan: 6’4

Overview:

Heavily hyped out of high school, Cole Anthony struggled through injuries and so-so play for a lackluster UNC team. If he drops enough he could be a great value pick.

NBA Outlook:

Anthony is a scorer and can create his own bucket on all three levels of the court. He’s a talented finisher and has a nice-looking jump shot, even if it didn’t fall in Chapel Hill regularly. His average defense and injury concerns will make him a risky pick, even though he has All-Star potential.

Player Comparison:

Bobcatsera Kemba Walker.

Fit With Atlanta Hawks:

Anthony could theoretically slide over to become a small-ball two guard, which would elevate his potential fit with Trae.
