Bench Grades:

A. Rondo also made his Hawks debut and looked great. He was aggressive driving to the rim and drilled two 3s in the contest, finishing with 12 points. Most importantly, he looked super-competent running the second unit, finishing with eight assists compared to zero turnovers. Trae Young finally has a true backup and it’s beautiful to see.. PG. Atlanta Hawks. RAJON RONDO

B -. Just 10 minutes of action for Fernando who struggled in the first two games of the season. He looked better in this one and grabbed five rebounds. His plus/minus of +18 was best on the team.. C. Atlanta Hawks. BRUNO FERNANDO

B +. After an ugly 2-of-10 shooting performance on Saturday, Bogdanovic bounced back and put up solid numbers in this one. He drilled five 3-pointers and added five assists, looking confident with the ball.. SF. Atlanta Hawks. BOGDAN BOGDANOVIC

C. Not much going on for Kev in this one, who played 26 minutes off the bench. He held his own defensively on the night, finishing with a positive plus/minus and grabbing a steal, but made just one of his five attempts from range.. SG. Atlanta Hawks. KEVIN HUERTER

B. I was impressed by Hill in games one and two despite him not doing much on offense and he showed up on that end tonight. While playing his usual tough defense, Hill drained four 3-pointers and was seemingly always open on the perimeter.. C. Atlanta Hawks. SOLOMON HILL
